CALL FOR ABSTRACTS
DEADLINE
The deadline for receiving abstracts is March 31st 2023
INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUTHORS:
The abstract must include:
- Title in capital letters
- Statement on the purpose of the study
- Methods used
- Summary of the results
- Conclusion
- Statistical assessment should be included, when appropiate
- If necessary, ethical approval by a local ethical committee
ABSTRACT SIZE:
- Maximum 350 words (excluding title and authors), Times New Roman typeface, size 12 pt, single line spacing
- On the top of the abstract, type the authors names and addresses of institutions.
- Author’s name, preceeded by initials, do not add Prof, Dr, etc.
- Underline the name of the author who will present the paper.
Note that ALL THE ACCEPTED PAPERS WILL BE AVAILABLE AS
ELECTRONIC PRESENTATIONS THROUGHOUT THE MEETING.
Some of the papers, selected by the scientific committee (topic, clinical interest)
will also be presented during the oral presentation session.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION
To register, please:
- Fill in the ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM, or
- Download the REGISTRATION FORM (3 pages), fill it in, print it or make it a PDF file, and send it by e-mail or fax to Miguel Terrado, from the Organizing Secretariat.
REGISTRATION MODALITIES
There are three registration modalities:
- Full registration for physicians.
- Full registration for in-training physicians and technicians
- Registration to 3-day Scientific Sessions or 1-day Scientific Sessions.
The FULL REGISTRATION FEES include:
- Lodging at the Park Hotel San Jorge or Aparthotel Sant Jordi for three nights in full pension mode.
- The scientific sessions for all 3 days of the Symposium
- 3 lunches and coffee-breaks (Thursday, Friday, Saturday)
- Bus shuttle from Abba Hotel (Barcelona) to Park Hotel San Jorge or Aparthotel Sant Jordi on Thursday.
- Bus shuttle on Sunday morning between Park Hotel San Jorge and the Barcelona/Gerona airports (the timetable will be sent to the registered participants).
- Access to the Farewell Dinner on Saturday night.
- A pen-drive which includes the lectures, interactive sessions, abstracts, oral and electronic poster presentations.
The ONLY SCIENTIFIC SESSIONS FULL REGISTRATION FEES include:
3-day modality
- The scientific sessions for all 3 days of the Symposium
- 3 lunches and coffee-breaks (Thursday, Friday, Saturday)
- A pen-drive which includes the lectures, interactive sessions, abstracts, oral and electronic poster presentations.
1-day modality
- The scientific sessions for 1 day of the Symposium (Thursday, Friday or Saturday).
- 1 lunches and coffee-break (Thursday, Friday or Saturday).
Neither of these two modalities include access to the Farewell Dinner. Access to this event can be purchased separately. Shuttle-bus from and to airports is not included either.
